      It's a sunny day,we fly Beijing to BKK of Thailand.When arrived,it's 10:00 PM,first we find a guesthouse in Kaoshan Road,then look for somefood for dinner.We cann't sleep beacause we want to leave BKK quickly,or we will arrive the south of Thailand which place have sea and our friend stella lived called Kohpayam.So we smoked all night,until 5:00 AM we took a tukruk to the bus station,buy the tickets to RANONG,than take a boat to Kohpayam.It;s so nice.You can imagine how beautiful there are.

      The sea is blue,the beach is white,the wind is slowly,the sun is shining,the people is all smiling to everybody.All of the island which called Kohpayam have a big power can show you what is love in life.So you want to join with them,you want to smile,you want to give all you can share,many many......

      The next day we get up early,we rent a motobike run on the beach,say hello to everyboby.The lunch we have in our friend stella's bar.It's so nice she cook for us,have tofu,chinken,soup and rice,thanks my friend.When the sun rise down ,we go to Aki's bar which called BBQ,it's a nice place,have many rasta and everybody smile kindly.You can play poi,dived sticks,many,many.We smoke with Aki,then the only police in island come to us,the first words he say is "do you have bow",so surprise you know,the cute police,then you can guess,we smoke together all night.

      Then we see the doctor  in this island who also smoke like we do.you can imagine how funny .But it's ture,though like the movie maybe you see before.We stay Kohpayam 4 days,than back to BKK,made dreadlocks in Kaoshan Road,Than took nightbus to PAI.Our new year in PAI.

      PAI is looks like VANGVIANE which place in LAOS.Many mountains and rivers you can see so nice.That day is Thailand's new year.You can imagine  many many KONGMING light in the sky with stars shines so bright.That monmet you see all of PAI you want to cry with these happiness.God bless everything ,you,me,and everybody.

      Thailand has some rules,for example,sell or drink beer after 12:00PM is not allowed.so you may remenber this is good use for you.But you can buy many many in surper market before 12:00PM,than you can share with your friends in your room.Drink as much as you can or you like.Hope have a nice day baby.This trip we see many many rasta ,we meet many many friends,we share many many smile like sunshine,we get many many love .All of that we will remenber deeply in our heart,never forget in our life.

      Hope so,baby,don't stop our step,don't leave my hands.Please,on the road forever.our lilfe,our believe,our people,our famliy,god bless all.

      The Rainbow Family of Living Light, also known as The Rainbow Family, or the Rainbow Tribe,^[1] are a group of individuals committed to principles of non-violence and non-hierarchical egalitarianism. Founded in 1972 in the United States, the Rainbow Family has held annual Gatherings in State Forests for the first week of July each year. The Rainbow Gatherings are non-commercial and all who wish to attend peacefully are welcome. There are no leaders, and traditionally the gatherings take place for a week, with a primary focus on the Fourth of July in North America, when attendees pray, meditate, or observe silence in a group effort to focus on World Peace. Thus, the name Rainbow Family of Living Light is a reflection of both the emphasis on welcoming people of all races, religions, ethnicity, and social status, as well as a spiritual focus towards peace.

      Those who attend Rainbow Gatherings come from all walks of life, and work together for a variety of goals, among which intentional communities, ecology, spirituality, and an expanded tolerance for others are traditional themes. Those who attend refer to one another as Rainbows, or often as Brothers or Sisters reinforcing the emphasis upon a belief that all people are not only related as part of the human community, but are just as important as members of one's own nuclear family, and given the respect implied in such relationships. Group Councils are the only form of government, and attendance is open to all interested parties, with decisions being reached through consensus. Money is not exchanged, and instead there is a bartering system for all needs, although a magic hat is passed around for necessities that benefit all who attend, such as additional food.

      这些就是Rainbow Famliy的生活。有人说，我们是最大的非组织非成员之一，我们没有领袖，没有组织，或者说，“彩虹家族”就是不同的人，我想它想告诉我们安全建设成平等的，非暴力的，另类的生活方式。我们相信，和平与爱是伟大的，但这还不够，我们一起参加这样的聚会的目的是表达我们真诚的愿望，应和平地球上所有人与人之间的和谐，无论你是什么人种，民族，传统，所有的一切都是出于生活，出于爱，出于尊重，出于信仰，我们应该去包容，去守护，为它祈祷，还有给予我们的一切。

 

      彩虹家的世界观
      彩虹家聚会是一群热爱和平，亲近地球，思想纯净的人们在大自然里的聚会。

      在这样的聚会上，人们远离城市，抛弃虚伪的面具，自由的呼吸新鲜空气，回归自然，回归自我。彩虹家聚会欢迎每一个人的参与；
      我们来自五湖四海，有不同的观点，不同的肤色，不同的国家，不同的民族，但我们又是一个大家庭，是同一个世界，有同一个梦想。在这群人中有许多优秀的人才，他们知道如何和谐地生活在地球上，他们可以给现代社会很多有益的启示。我们相聚在一起分享关爱，敞开心扉。点燃人间最美好的爱的火焰—这是照亮在地球上仍然存在的仇恨与贪婪黑暗面的一束希望之光。

 

      彩虹家在成长
      彩虹家的第一次聚会在1971年美国的科罗拉多州，到了20世纪90年代聚会的规模逐渐扩大，现在在美国彩虹家聚会时的人数以万计。欧洲的彩虹家聚会始于1981年，从此参与的人数不断增加。1992年以色列有了第一次彩虹家聚会，1996年在澳大利亚，1999年在日本和2006年在泰国都有了第一次彩虹家聚会，除此之外还有很多小规模的地方聚会，在印度和中美洲等等也有过很多旅行聚会。

 

      欢迎回家
      彩虹家的中心是圆圈聚会，有各种才艺的人会公布他们举办活动分享知识的相关信息。还有其他很多的圆圈聚会，比如说决定下一次聚会的时间地点等。要决定与彩虹家有关的事项都要得到出席圆圈聚会的所有人一致同意。每一个人都有发言权，但为了尊重发言者，要求每次只一个人说话，他拿一根木棍或羽毛在手中代表发言权，发言完毕将木棍或羽毛按顺时针方向传递给下一位发言者。彩虹家的一个最基本的共识是非商业化。在彩虹家聚会上没有买卖交易，聚会所需要的给养依靠魔术帽的魅力—在饭后你可以捐款到魔术帽里。总而言之，宽容，友善，尊重他人是彩虹家的美德。如果对于任何事情有分歧，我们通过圆圈聚会解决。

 

      在彩虹家聚会营地

      厨房守则
      义务帮厨。先洗手 剪指甲。尝味道时禁止直接用嘴与烹饪器皿接触。生病的人不可以在厨房工作。不得向食物添加糖，辣椒，或动物制品，尽量让食物适合更多人的口味，发饭前公布所有作料因为有些人可能不习惯。还有，要避免把饭做成一锅粥！

      关于垃圾
      请不要带包装材料参加彩虹家聚会，你自己带进来的垃圾要自己带走。将可循环再生的垃圾分类，掩埋纸屑和烟头—它们非常有毒，请同样对待易拉罐等铝制品。带走垃圾时请将其带到远离聚会的场所并妥善安置。

      关于树木
      请不要砍伐树木，需要搭建帐篷用的木料最好自带。在一些特殊环境特别是沙漠地带，我们不应该动一草一木。

      关于篝火
      挖好火坑，避免引燃周边。篝火旁预备水和沙用在需要时灭火。只使用干柴，请不要将烟头扔到圣洁的火里。

      关于茅坑
      请一定一定使用茅坑！在你的住地附近会有挖好的茅坑。将大便用木炭灰或石灰掩埋以避免蚊蝇滋生—带菌的苍蝇是彩虹家成员健康的最大威胁！

      求医问药
      我们设立有医疗站，请义务支援医疗站的建设和维护。分享你的医护知识。保持医疗站区域的安静，不要在离医疗站太近的地方扎营。

      关于鼓乐
      请关照他人，当夜幕渐浓大家都需要休息时请保持营地的安静。

      关于水
      保护水源的纯净，禁止在任何水源地附近大小便。禁止进入水源，只在水桶内使用肥皂并将肥皂水倒在远离水源的地方。不用你的嘴接触他人的水杯是彩虹家的礼仪。

      带什么东西参加彩虹家聚会
      带自己的碗筷刀叉以及水杯。带足够的衣服和遮风挡雨的帐篷—天有不测风云，有备而无患。另外不要把你的乐器留在家里独守空房！

      如果方便的话，尽量多带食物。如五谷杂粮 坚果 干果等。给医疗站带些草药将大受欢迎。

      工具，如铁锹 水桶 伐木工具以及厨房用具将永远受欢迎。带些绳子 笔 颜料 毛刷 纸板等用于绘制各种标志也是个好主意。

      请不要带音响或其他工业产品，这会影响到彩虹家其他人。喜欢照相的人注意了：请一定征求对方同意在拍摄。

      禁止携带酒和毒品参加彩虹家聚会！
      不要在彩虹家聚会时进行任何交易！

 

      如果你不能把你的宠物狗留在家中，请让他／她远离厨房，还有避免与其它狗打架，请对你的宠物狗负百分之百的责任。不要让狗屎留得到处都是。
      使用公共交通工具前往彩虹家聚会，除非你必须自驾车前往，请把车停在指定的停车位。
      与当地人友善相处，并尽可能帮助当地人。尊重当地的风俗习惯，切记自己个人的不良行为会给整个彩虹家族摸黑！！！

　　种子营
　　如果你有时间你可以提前来。有时在正式聚会前几个星期甚至几个月人们就开始聚集，因为有大量的工作要做，如营地界线．厨房．圆圈聚会场地．欢迎中心等等需要建设，食物供给需要安排，茅坑需要挖好，路标需要安装，路线需要修理，许多聚会需要安装饮用水给水系统。这时有着浓厚的家庭气氛，是感受亲请温暖的大好时机。

　　大扫除
　　当你离开时想想你的宿营地在你来之前是什么样子，理想的状态是来去无踪，不留下一点点污染。将所有的垃圾带走（并尽量带走更多的垃圾）；把篝火坑的石头拿走，把坑填平；同样把茅坑和埋剩饭的化肥坑填平。可能有人没有做到这些，你可以检查周围并主动按标准进行处理。所有临时建筑都将被拆除，包括厨房．炉灶．淋浴设施等。有时临时小路需要掩埋，常常会出现成堆的垃圾需要处理。一个义务善后处理小组会安排所有工作，欢迎您的参与！

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

      It's a wonderful trip.

      I spend 330RMB used 2 hours to get my visa to LAOS,than took nightbus from NANYAO bus station of KUNMING to LANGPARBANG of LAOS.When left China i know everyhing will be nice.Next day 9:00PM i arrived LANGPARBANG,than took a tuktuk to the  circle of this city,everything goes good,than i met doudou ,we live near a temple named PHAHAI GUEST HOUSE,5 dollers one night,nice room.than began smoke all night,everything is been ture,like movie,just like a dream.But in the daily time is not good,beacause there have many many travellers,not the same style you know,we don;t like,so we left LANGPARBANG.

      FEB,4th,2007,we spend 7 hours to took bus from LANGPARBANG to VANG VIENG,It's a nice village,many many mountains,rivers,like dream,the sky is blue,the water is blue,feels very near you can touch them,so bright.Here you may forgot sad ,unhappies,you don't need to do anything,just feel them,enjoy them,spend wonderful time.Here we met some rasta,many japanese,you know,on the road will change your life,change your mind......

       We lived in THAVISOUK GUEST HOUSE,a nice wood house,3 dollors one night,cheaper than LANGPARBANG,but better the that.In the morning,the  sun rise up,a new life happen.The food is cheap,about 3 dollors you can eat better.LAOS have good and only beer called beer laos,so good,you can try. Another place calles SMILE ISLAND,have many bars,you can reading,drinking,sleeping,dancing,many many you can do happy.It's a smile country,everybody say hello to you,everyboy smile to you,so warm,god knew.

      Other days,we rent motobike run to the mountrains cross rivers,smile to everyone.You can imagine how wonderful there are.Thanks my doudou,give me so much,just like a dream.It's our life,it's our love.

     These days on the road give me so much feeling,maybe someone have the same dream,the same feeling,lonely one the road,met than left,but in the last must have a way can met again,maybe have same way,same touching,same love,same mind,same belive,our body and our heart is communicates with each other,god bless all,you know baby,I love you so.
